For Individuals
You don't need to know exactly what's wrong.
Sometimes there's a very clear reason you're looking for therapy.
Sometimes life is technically fine — but you don't feel fine.
Maybe you're anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted. Maybe something has changed. Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same relationship patterns, questioning yourself, shutting down, overthinking everything, or wondering why something that seems so easy for everyone else feels so bloody hard.
And sometimes the most accurate description is simply:
I don't really know. I just know I don't want to keep feeling like this.
That's enough to start.
We can get curious about it together.
I work with adults around things like anxiety and overwhelm, relationships and attachment, self-worth and shame, identity, grief and loss, loneliness, burnout, life transitions, difficult past experiences and patterns that don't seem to make much sense — until they do.
My approach is relational, person-centred and attachment-informed. I'm not particularly interested in reducing you to a diagnosis or telling you how you should be living your life.
Instead, we'll pay attention to what you're experiencing now, where certain patterns may have come from, what they've done for you, and whether they're still serving you.
Therapy can be serious.
It can also be funny, awkward, frustrating, relieving and occasionally a bit messy.
Basically, human.
You don't need to prepare.
