For Relationships & Couples

It's rarely just about the dishes.

Or the text message.

Or who forgot to do the thing.

Or whatever somehow turned into a two-hour argument on Tuesday night.

Relationships develop patterns. Sometimes before we even realise they're there.

One person reaches. The other pulls away. Someone gets louder. Someone shuts down. One needs reassurance while the other needs space. Both people end up protecting themselves — and somehow neither feels particularly protected.

Then you have the same fight again.

Relationship therapy isn't about deciding who's right, assigning blame, or determining which person is "the problem."

It's about slowing things down enough to understand the pattern underneath the conflict.

Let's get curious about what keeps happening between you.

We might explore communication, attachment, trust, intimacy, boundaries, jealousy, recurring conflict, disconnection, relationship transitions, sex, changing needs or how past experiences are showing up in your relationship now.

My practice welcomes LGBTQIA+ relationships and diverse relationship structures, including monogamy, open relationships and consensual non-monogamy.

There isn't one correct way a relationship is supposed to look.

The question is whether the relationship you've created is working for the humans actually in it.

Sometimes the goal is repair.

Sometimes it's deeper connection.

Sometimes it's navigating change.

Whatever brings you in,

we'll start by trying to understand what's happening — together.
