Fees & Details
Therapy should feel human. Pricing should be pretty straightforward too.
I know how frustrating it can be to search for support and not find clear information about fees, so I aim to be open and transparent from the start.
Individual Therapy
$90 · 50 minutes
-
One-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for whatever is bringing you here.
That might be anxiety or overwhelm, relationships and attachment, identity and sexuality, self-worth, grief, life transitions, feeling disconnected or stuck — or something that's simply difficult to put into words yet.
Sessions are currently available online via secure video or phone.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
$130 · 60 minutes
-
For couples, partners and people wanting to better understand what's happening in their relationship — particularly when the same conversations, conflicts or disconnections seem to keep happening.
Our work might explore communication, attachment patterns, trust, intimacy, boundaries, jealousy, recurring conflict, relationship transitions or simply finding a better way to hear and understand each other.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcoming of diverse relationships and relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy and open relationships.
Extended Relationship Session
$175 · 90 minutes
-
Sometimes 60 minutes just isn't enough room.
Extended sessions give us more time to slow things down, hear from everyone involved and work with something difficult without having to stop just as we're getting somewhere.
They may be particularly useful for initial relationship sessions, significant conversations, recurring conflict patterns or times when there's simply more that needs space.
We can decide together whether a standard or extended session makes the most sense.
Fees & Service Details
-
No doctor’s referral is required.
Private health fund rebates may be available depending on your provider and level of cover (including BUPA, AHM, ARHG, and Medibank).
Sessions are billed via invoice and payable by bank transfer, PayID, credit or debit card (Stripe), or PayPal.
-
I want therapy to remain accessible where I reasonably can.
A small number of reduced-fee individual appointments are available for people experiencing financial hardship. Availability is limited, so feel free to ask when we speak.
-
There's no required package or predetermined number of sessions.
Some people come weekly, others fortnightly, and some want support around something relatively specific for a shorter period.
We'll talk about what makes sense for you — and we can change it as we go.
-
Sessions are currently available online via secure video or by phone.
I'm based in Sydney, and hope to offer in-person appointments again in the future.
-
Sessions are currently private-pay and are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
If your circumstances require a Medicare-rebatable service, I'm happy to help you think about whether another type of practitioner may be more appropriate.
-
Life happens.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as you reasonably can. Min. 24 hour notice to avoid full session fee.
We'll go through the practical stuff before your first full session so there aren't any surprises.

Introductory Consult (10–15 mins, phone/online)
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. This short, no-cost consultation gives you space to share what you’re looking for, hear how I work, and decide whether this feels right for you. It’s simply a chance to connect and clarify.
What to expect:
The Process
STEP 1
Book a free 15-minute consultation
Start with a short, no-obligation consultation. This is a chance to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and learn more about how I work.
STEP 2
Decide if it feels like a good fit
During or after the consultation, you can decide whether working together feels right for you. There’s no pressure to move forward unless it feels aligned.
STEP 3
Your first session
If you choose to proceed, we’ll book your first full session at a time that works for you, via Google Meet.
STEP 4
Review after your first session
After your first session, you’re invited to reflect on whether you’d like to continue with ongoing sessions. Therapy moves at your pace, and we’ll decide next steps together.
