My standard fee is $90 per 50-minute session. I offer a limited number of concession rates for students or those experiencing financial strain. If cost is a concern, we can discuss options together.
-
Your first session is a gentle starting point. We’ll slow down, get to know what’s bringing you here, and explore what support might feel most helpful. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. You set the pace, and we follow what feels safe and right for you.
-
I work from a person-centred and experiential foundation, which means therapy is guided by you. My role is to offer warmth, attunement, curiosity, and a non-judgmental space where deeper self-understanding, healing, and growth can emerge. I draw on evidence-informed therapeutic approaches when helpful, but our work always begins with who you are and what you need in the moment. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and together we can explore the challenges, patterns, emotions, and possibilities that bring you to counselling.
-
Not at all. Some people come with a specific concern, while others simply feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. Together, we can uncover what you’re needing, explore themes that arise, and help you move toward clarity and steadiness.
-
I work with adults seeking support with anxiety, stress, low mood, burnout, relationship concerns, identity exploration (including LGBTQ+ support), life transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, grief, and general wellbeing. If something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or important, we can explore it together.
-
Sessions are 50 minutes. Many people start weekly or fortnightly, but frequency is flexible and based on your needs, capacity, and goals. We can revisit and adjust this anytime.
-
Sessions are currently offered by secure video or phone, giving you the flexibility to attend therapy from somewhere private and comfortable.
I'm Sydney-based, with in-person appointments planned for the future.
-
Your privacy matters deeply. What you share in session remains confidential, except in specific legal or safety-related situations where I am required to act. We will go over all confidentiality guidelines clearly in your first session so you know exactly how it works.
-
I currently operate as a private practitioner. Medicare rebates are not available for counselling services. Depending on your provider and level of cover, some private health funds may offer rebates for counselling services. NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants are welcome; please check with your plan manager regarding eligibility and reimbursement arrangements.

Life happens. If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid the session fee. This helps keep session times available for others seeking support.
